Poc Fada - Cooley Mountains this Saturday 4th
If you have an interest in hurling, want to bag two peaks in Cooley and do a great 5km walk then this is for you. The two peaks in question are Clermont Cairn and Carnavaddy and the route taken is completely off road and one of my own favourite walks. It starts at 12 noon, the start area is well signposted from the N1 just past the Dundalk North exit. There is a supervised car park and all are welcome to attend as spectators.

If anyone is interested in helping out with the day, they are still looking for "flag carriers". These helpers will be supplied with refreshments at the start and a complimentary meal in the Sportsmans Inn afterwards. For queries, or to express an interest in this Pat Hamilton is the man to contact on 086-2373345 or 1pathamilton@gmail.com
