Big Mountains on BBC4
Stumbled across an evening of programmes on Mountains on BBC4 yesterday evening. A bit late telling us now I hear you say! Not so, they are all being repeated at different stages over the coming days, so check your tv guides if you have the channel and are interested. Some of them will no doubt be on late, so set the DVR, the Sky+ or the VCR to record if you are not a night owl.
The programmes were on
- Munros Mountains
- Eiger North Face
- Wildlife in the Himalayas
I saw most of all of them and some very entertaining viewing, particularly the first two.
Enjoy! |

Summit Summary Coomagearlahy W Top: For peak baggers only |
Collaborative entry Last edit by: thomas_g a month ago. Not a lot to recommend here: horrid ground, clear felled trees, power lines, transmitters and a wind farm. Views to the north are ok on a clear day.
You can access from the south (windfarm - priv... |
