The Good, the Bad & The Ugly
It is an excellent idea that nefarious routes should also be highlighted. It may be that they are over used, but it could also be that they are dangerous or in danger of becoming so. Where walkers are concerned, it is very useful have a comprehensive view of their intended route.
Walking is intended to be a safe enjoyment. Go mountaineering if you want thrills. How much better if alternative routes are suggested for popular routes. It behoves us all to assist in the preservation of life and limb ... as well as our beloved mountains! |
