Hmmmmm, Achill-henge?
Not sure I'd have much in the line of support for Mr. MacNamara.

He has spent a lot of money on it. Now that would be all fine and dandy, except this man owes Anglo/the Irish taxpayer millions and has a lot of debts that I guess will ultimately be paid by others, so not sure where he gets his money for his fun and games. I guess the ratepayers will pick up the tab for the legal bills racked up while asking him to comply with the laws on planning permission that us little people have to obey.

Still, perhaps, it will be better than some of his other projects on Achill, his wind farm, his unfinished hotel, this eyesore in Keel etc. etc.

Of course I do not know his motives for getting in the newspapers this time. Yet again he seems to have garnered lots of attention, just like his stunt when he drove a truck into the Dáil gates because he thinks he should not pay his debts.
