Missed and Midges
Patsy, sorry also to have missed you and Mick. We shall get more professional in time.
My unreserved apologies for the midges. Boy, they were grim. Perhaps within seconds of making this post someone will get back to tell us itís something to do with gobble warming. Well, this theory that I have - that is to say, which is mine - is mine Ė and it is that the wee scunders that torched the Mournes earlier this year, unwittingly (what other way would they do it?) and by dint of stimulating hundreds of acres of shiny new heather, have unleashed upon us this plague from Hell. Unlike the rest of the island, we never had them before. Probably something to with a united Ireland.
Catch you next time.

Cnoc na SleŠ: Not To Be Judged On Size

A small hill, but as it can form part of an extended walk, has some very steep sides, and has some of the best views in the country, it cannot be judged by size alone. I started at the car park at...
