Kernowclimber Ė A couple of questions then Iíll try and stop treating you as the Yoda of the snowshoe. Iíve been looking at reviews etc. and the Ascent seems to be considered top notch. It also sounds like itís pushing well into crampon territory and would have replaced my crampons last winter except for a couple of times I was momentarily on ice and rock and using my front points to hold me up. Is this a reasonable interpretation? Do you carry both types of equipment with you? Do you hang the snowshoes outside the rucksack (they seem to be minimum 2 foot long so Iíd have thought not inside)?

The reviews use the word aggressive a lot. What does it mean? Presumably not pub behaviour as I wouldnít like to be transformed from my current lippy but off at the first sight of trouble to some sort of badass lumberjack. Is it something that calls for athleticism?
