Glasses found on Muck.
Monday 11 October, a glorious day , blue sky, heat! Oh, and a pair of rimless glasses, with one leg missing, found on summit of Slieve Muck in the Mournes, on the Spelga, (western), side of the wall on the way back to Carn. I had many theories on how a one legged pair of glasses got there but my wife probably had the most likely that they had been broken and put into pocket/ rucksack and fallen out accidently, anyway if you have lost them or know of one who has, I have them in safe keeeping so if they contact me I can arrange to reunite owner and glasses. Boy did everyone miss a fantastic day in the Mournes today, we didn't meet a soul even the breeze was elsewhere, it was hot and sunny and stunning.
