Knockeirky again...
...was up there Saturday. If that does make the 30m, I can only say it will surely just scrape it, because you'd barely notice it on the ground coming from the Cushnaficulla side anyway. It has a cairn that is most impressive, and is a bit of a puzzler because the peak is far less distinctive than some of its much more dramatic neighbours (Coomnadiha doesn't seem to have any cairn at all, though has a trig point), and it also seems a bit more inaccessible from the Glenrastel side - unless it forms part of a popular walking route from the Glengarriff side.

I do feel guilty for getting jackill out on the Cahas though. But it is beautiful up there, and extremely tranquil; a long long way from roads, traffic, houses...lovely.

Parking where appropriate make your way the short distance along the foreshore to L9531390160 where ascent to the hill exists as shown in the photo. You will encounter a small stone drinking well ...
