Geolives - buyer beware
ARGH! I'm seething as I write this. Having been a happy customer for the past 2 years and spent a good few euros on extra maptiles, that's all come to an end after installing Windows 7. This requires emailing the Geolives people and asking them nicely to transfer your maptiles to what they now consider to be a different device. Apparently though my subscription has expired, so I have to pay them €20 for the yearly premium service. UNBELIEVABLE, even Ryanair doesn't charge you an annual subscription fee to use the ticket you've already paid for! So, they can shove their subscription. Does anyone have any experience of the alternatives. Anyone use Mapyx?
