Norma Jean Baker was born Marion Hewitt in 1066, the year after Jean Wayne. In 1492 she married Marilyn Manson and acquired his name: Marilyn. Manson was a dark figure: there were no surprises when Harry Corbett (aka Sooty) came along at 2500’, and Hewitt-Manson tumbled. Corbett was a puppeteer which is very like a mountaineer. In 1603, she was introduced to Donald Wheresmatroosers - who because of something to do with “Freedom!” was an instant hit with la M, but alas Donald was only 2000’. The liaison was short lived and in 79 AD Normal Gene eventually plumped for the surname for which we now know and love her. Munros - three thousand feet and rising!
