Hi reidyden. I had a look at Knights Mountain and the surrounding hills. All of these hills are below 400 metres height. Therefore they would need 150 metre prominence over the surrounding land to be included on MV's lists. Knight's Mountain has a prominence of only 100 metres or so when calculated against the nearest higher hill to the NW (This is the system MV uses)

In fact none of the Stacks Mountains meet the required prominece criteria. However there are a number of summits from nearby Mullaghareirk Mountains that make the MV list. The Mullaghareirks are to the SE of Stacks Mountains just across the N21 to the east of Castleisland. I have never been walking in this area so my information is all derived from my OS Trailmaster. hope this helps.
