Sorrel Hill - Advice needed
I went down yesterday to try Sorrel Hill - I'm using Joss Lynams 1999 book as my guide. - but couldn't find the path. I ended up at the Black Hill carpark and had a chat with a chap there . He said there was only a very muddy path up & given that I was with three young children suggested the Black Hill. It was a lovely walk and even though we didn't quite make the summit it was a nice way to add to our regular Sugar Loaf and Three Rock options. My question is, where should one start for Sorrel Hill and is it suitable for a genial amble or are boots necessary? Many thanks,

Stephen Ryan
